If insurance is used, the fee for collection and processing of the draw may vary depending on the location. Please contact us for a price quote. Insurance plans cover the cost of the test only, and do not cover the cost of the draw, processing, or travel to your location. Payment is due at the time of service. If you are self-pay no cover cost and processing fee coming to  you.
